A little about my work
My work is grounded in my experience as a psychotherapist and shaped by my own history of surviving childhood abuse.
In my practice, I help people explore how trauma, relationships and early attachment experiences influence the way they see themselves in the present, respond to others and work to navigate their lives and families.
I bring that same therapeutic lens to Lessons on Becoming as well as in my workshops and advocacy work. I work to make psychological ideas accessible and create room for honest self-exploration.
My approach combines professional knowledge with lived understanding, offering a compassionate space to recognize adaptive patterns, question long held beliefs and develop greater self-trust.
Speaking topicsBecoming isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finding your way back to who you were before the world told you who to be, and extending yourself the grace to do this while letting go of old beliefs that have held you captive.
